Steps

Firstly u have to chop(brunoise dice) the onion, tomato, potato, and apple and keep aside

Fo' marinate_ mix salt, powder sugar, red pepper, lemon-orange juice, cumin powder and combine all the ingredients till incorporate well.. Cover with lid fo' marination fo' 15minutes

Take a big mixing bowl and put boiled chick peas, roasted peanut, chopped onion, tomato, potato, apple, pomogranate, chat masala, tamarind chutney, mint coriander chuttney, salt(be conscious while putting salt as it's already present in boiled chick peas and marination mixture), red pepper and marinated lemon-orange mixture.. Drizzle olive oil and give a good mix to all the ingredients in order to be well incorporate

Roast canape shells fo' 4-5 minutes in oven then put the chick pea and other ingredients mixture into the canapes with the help of a spoon..fill the canapes heap up

Drizzle little bit of curd on top and set dill leaves or cilantro/coriander

Serve immediately befo' get them soggy

Tip_fo' more attraction sprinkle some sesame seeds on top before' leaves
