Steps

Boil garden egg till soft and pound to a coarse texture

Pour oil into pot, once it heats up, add onions and pounded pepper

Fry for a bit and pour in pounded garden egg. Fry till water dries up a bit.

Put seasoning cubes, salt and crayfish.

Add smoked fish. Cover for 5 mins let it boil. Adjust taste.

Serve with boiled yam or plantain.
