Tumbukiza (beef and spinach)
Steps

Wash cut meat and place in a pan over a fire, without adding water.

Let it boil till nearing soft then add all the vegetable ingredients except spinach and dhania.

When soft enough to eat, add dhania and spinach (you can choose to cut or use spinach as a whole)

Add salt and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve with ugali.
