Ingredients

  • 2 bowlmaida/all purpose flour
  • as neededSalt
  • 2 tbspOil
  • as neededOil for fry

    Mix 2 tbsp oil,salt and maida

  2. 2

    Knead a soft dough with water

  3. 3

    Now make small balls from dough,roll it in poori shape and size and deep fry in hot oil
