Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 300 gmpotato boiled and peeled
  • 1 handfulcashew-raisins paste
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole

  2. 2

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

  4. 4

    Add tomato and cashew-raisins paste and saute well till it is well combined

  5. 5

    Add sugar and garam masala powder and serve with puri
