Urad dal soaked for 2hours...then grind well without water...make thik batter

Then for making gujia...take a thin wet cloth..put over daal..stuff raisin,nariyal chironji,ginger.....give gujia shape then instant put into pan

Fry on medium flame then put into water because it will make soft..

Then squeeze water in the gujhia...put gujhia into curd..put over it vada Masala, anardana, raisin,Chutney, saunth
