  • 4unripe plantain
  • Salt
  • HandfulVegetable(ugu)
  • 7 piecesRed pepper
  • 1Onion
  • 1/4 cupPalmoil
  • 1stock cube

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the plantain with the back and boil.

  2. 2

    Peel off the back onces is done and plate.

  3. 3

    Bleach the palmoil and fry all these

  4. 4

    Then add salt and stockcube.

  5. 5

    Stir and simmer a bit

  6. 6

    Then add the diced vegetable.

  7. 7

    Cut the red pepper,onion,Vegetable.
