Heat oil and fry the dumplings well keep aside

Now fry the brinjals and keep aside

Now add more oil and temper celery seeds and red chilli

Add gourd slices and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add rest of the vegetables and saute well

Now cover it till it is soft

Add lentil dumplings and brinjals

Add sugar and mustard seeds and poppy seeds paste

Mix well and switch off
