  1. 6medium Sweet potatoes
  2. 2 cupsboiled Beans
  3. 3 TBSpnButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and peel the potatoes

    Boil the beans till very soft

    In a large pot put the beans and potatoes on low heat with a little water or milk and start pounding. Add the butter and keep pounding till the mixture is homogeneous and firm.

    Serve with any stew or as is. Enjoy!
