1/2 kgLady Fingers
2Potatoes cubes
1Onion chopped
2Tomatoes chopped
1/2 tspChilli powder
to tasteTurmeric powder
to tasteSalt

In a wok put oil and keep on flame add onions and braise till browned up add tomatoes and spices, make paste like add little water and potatoes then cook on low flame when almost done add bhindi and keep on med flame...
do not stir just toss it...
when done garnish with chopped coriander leaves and green chillies
