Take a big mixing bowl.

Now add both of the flours, salt and ajwain.

Mix it and in the middle of the flour, pour three tbsp oil.

Now mix it and by adding little little water, make a dough.

The dough should be neither tight nor soft.

Now keep it aside for five mins.

After that heat the oil for frying in the kadai.

Till we make the namak paras.

Make four portions of the dough.

Then make ball of each portion.

Take one ball and roll it with roller pin.

Then with the knife cut vertically and horizontally.

When oil gets heated then simmer it.

Now put all these in the heated oil one by one.

Stir it with the laddle and make sure flame is low.

When starts getting brown and crisp, then remove it from the oil.

Our Namak Paare is ready to eat as a snack or namkeen.
