Ingredients

30min.
6-8 servings
  1. For cover
  2. 11/2 cupall purpose flour/maida
  3. 3 tbspOil/ghee
  4. as neededWater
  5. For filling
  6. 1/2 cupkhoya/mawa
  7. 2 tbsppowdered sugar
  8. 1 tspghee
  9. 2 tbspchopped almond
  10. 2 tbspchopped cashew
  11. 1 tbspraisins
  12. 1 tbspchopped pistachio
  13. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  14. For sugar syrup
  15. 1 cupSugar
  16. 1/2 cupWater
  17. Few seffron strends
  18. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  19. Oil for frying
  20. Chopped almonds rose petles for garnish
  21. Silver varak for garnish

Steps

30min.
  1. 1

    First take sugar and water in a vessel add saffron strands and cardamom powder in it and cook to 1 string consistency and keep aside..

  2. 2

    For cover take maida in a vessel and add oil in it and knead a soft dough keep aside for 10min.

  3. 3

    For filling heat ghee in a pan add Mawa in it and cook for a min.

  4. 4

    Add alMonds cashews pistachio cardamom powder in it mix well coom for another 1min.Remove from heat and allow it to cool

  5. 5

    Mix powdered sugar in it filling is ready keep aside

  6. 6

    For preparing kachori take small portion of dough spread it using fingers and make a cavity

  7. 7

    Put filling in it cover with extra dough of sides and make a ball

  8. 8

    Roll this ball with a roller pin like a thick poori

  9. 9

    Deep fry this prepared kachori in hot oil on low flame to golden crisp remove from oil

  10. 10

    After frying dip kachori in sugar syrup for 10-15min.

  11. 11

    Remove from syrup garnish with silver varak and almonds and rose patles and serve
