2 servings
  • 1 cupspaghetti
  • 2eggs
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2ripe tomatoes
  • 2medium sized onions
  • 1capsicum
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • leavesCoriander
  • 1 spoonroyco

    Cut the onions, garlic, coriander and capsicum in one plate. Cut tomatoes in another plate...Bit your eggs in a plate and add salt.

  2. 2

    To the cooking pan add oil and then add the mixture of onions, garlic, capsicum and coriander leaves. Cook until the onions turn brown. Then add royco and salt to taste. Mix well before adding water.

  3. 3

    Allow the water to boil then add your spaghetti. Let it cook for 7 minutes the water would have drained.

  4. 4

    To another pan add a little oil then add onions. Allow it to cook for some time then add eggs let it fry as you turn both sides.

  5. 5

    Serve while hot.
