  • 3eggs
  • 3/4 cupgrated coconut
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1 tspvanilla

    Cream the sugar and margarine until fluffy

    Add in the flour and coconut milk alternating and mix

    Put the mixture in a cupcake tray,bake in a preheated oven for 30mins at 180°
