Slice the plantain in circles fry in vegetable oil till is done and crunchy.

Diced in fresh tomatoes,green and fresh pepper.heat up vegetable oil pour in fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper.then salt,onion,green beans and stock cube.stir and allow to fry for 3minutes.
