Grease a 9x13 pan with coconut oil or use silicon bar moulds.

On low heat melt the coconut oil, then remove from heat.
Add and mix in almond butter & honey. - 3
Add remaining ingredients and mix together.

Evenly spread the mixture into pan or moulds. Cover, and refrigerate until hardened. Cut into desired size. Refrigerate the leftovers for up to one week.
