Take a maida in a mixing bowl. Add salt, jeera, hot oil and mix well

Add little water and make a stiff dough. Cover and rest it for 30 minutes.

Now knead the dough well and divide it into equal size.

Make a thin chapati and cut it into desired shape.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add shankarpale and fry it on medium low flame till it becomes golden brown.

Remove it on tissue paper. Let it cool down completely. Sprinkle some chat masala and red chilli powder mix well. Store it in air tight container.
