Steps

Wash the apples and grate them in a bowl.

Put a kadhai on low-medium flame and add ghee in it.

When it comes melt add cardamom and add the Sliced dates and Nuts fry til it turn brown.

Transfer to a plate and keep aside.

On this pan add 1tsp more ghee(if needed) fry the coconut and keep aside.

On this pan add 1more tsopn ghee

Add the grates apples and fry it till reduce the juice of apple.

Put a pan on gas add
3/4 cup of milk and boil it until it comes Thik and than add condencedmilk and khoya - 9
After 1 boil add the fried apple and fried nuts and dates and bring it to a boil.

When the whole milk has dried up,

Switch off the flame and transfer the halwa in a bowl.

Garnish with dry fruits. Serve hot..
