Sweet potato ball

Its so healthy for all....especially diabetics patients.
Steps

Wash and peel the potatoes.
Boil it until soft. - 2
Wash pepper and grate it,slice/chop the onion and keep aside.
When the potato is well boiled,mash it with potato masher or use spoon to mash the potato well without any lumps.

Add grated pepper,chopped onions, add spices...curry,ginger and garlic and season it with salt and seasoning cube.
Mix it all together and make sure that the seasoning,spice and veggies are well mixed together. - 4
When u are done with the mixture, starting making balls out of the potato mixture until u finish making the balls.

Breaks 1-2 eggs and whisk.
Put the oil on pan when the oil is hot....deep the potato inside the egg, roll it well inside the egg and put it into the pan with hot oil.
Fry it until golden brown. - 6
Walah.....!sweet potato is ready to take with pap(koko,akamu) or tea.
