Ingredients

  1. 6big size of sweet potatoes
  2. 2 cupsvegetables oil
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 3big size Fresh tomatoes
  5. 2pices of pepper
  6. 1big onions
  7. 2 cubesMaggi
  8. Stew spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut petatoes to your desired size

  2. 2

    Wash and drain the water, put a pinch of salt and fry.

  3. 3

    Cut your tomatoes, onions and pepper

  4. 4

    Add 2spoonful of vegetables oil and fry them, add maggi,stew spice and salt.

  5. 5

    Fry for 2minutes and serve hot
