  • 1/2 bowlSpinach and fenugreek chopped
  • 1/4 bowlMint leaves chopped
  • 3 tspOil(1 for flour kneading)
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 2dry green/red chilli
  • 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • For Curd
  • 2 bowlcurd
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 2 tsproasted peanut powder
  • 1/2 tspmint powder

  1. 1

    In bowl add all ingredients of Partha, knead with little water. Not required much water as using leafy veg

    Cook it on medium high flame with oil serve hot

    For chutney just mix all together. Serve with hot paratha, sprinkle mint on it
