Khajur imli ki chutney

Heat 3 cup water and add khajur, imli and sugar boil till imli and khajur become soft then cool it down

Take a mixi jar add khajur imli in a mixi jar to make the paste

After that again Heat the same mixture and add this khajur imli mixture In a pan add pinch of food colour and chaat masala add extra water if required

Khajur and imli chutney should not be thick or liquidy.This has to cook in a low to medium flame

It should be in proper constituency like show in pic

I have not use any food colour in it.

Imli khajur chutney is ready to serve with pani puri, sev puri etc
