For farra Heat 1/2cup of milk in a pan,Add 1/4cup rice flour in it and mix and cook for 1minute

Remove this mixture in a plate and knead it with hands to a dough

Make small portions of dough and give it a shape like diya/lamp

Heat 11/2cup of milk in a vessel add sugar And 1 cardamom and put prepared diyas in it and cook on low flame

Cook diyas till they become bigger in size and changes little colour then switch off the flame,remove cooked farra from milk

For filling heat ghee in a pan add mawa and caradamom powder,Sugar in it and cook

Add Almonds and cashews in it cook till it combined well,then remove it and make small balls of it

Place this balls in the farra lamps

Prepare rabdi,heat milk in a vessel add sugar,seffron strends,cardamom powder in it and cook on low flame till mixture get thick and reduce to half of it's quantity.

Place mawa filled farra in a plate,pour chilled rabdi over it

Garnish with pistachio and almonds,cherri and serve,enjoy treditional dish with new twist
