1 cupMint leaves
1/2 cupgram flour
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspChilli powder
1/2 tspCoriander powder
Pinchturmeric powder
2 cupCashew
as neededOil for frying

Steps

First mix besan, chilli powder, salt, Dhania powder and turmeric. Add one ladle hot oil and mix nicely
2

Grind mint leaves and mix with the cashew nuts
3

Add the besan mix and see that all cashew is coated with masala
4

Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame
5

Remove when crispy and store.
