Cut vegetables into small pieces
Fry kaju and raisins in 1tbsp oil. Keep aside. Pour rest of oil and butter. Fry paneer pieces lightly adding salt.. Keep aside. Fry all vegetables with salt. When vegetables are fried well then add black pepper powder. Mix cashew paste,onion paste,ginger garlic chilli paste. Add this mixture into pan cook for 2 minutes in low flame. Add water. When water will evaporated add half of milk. Cook for 5 minutes in medium flame. Add rest of milk. Add cherries. - 2
Add fried cashew nuts and raisins.Cook until the gravy will be semi thick. In1tsp water mix garam masala and add to the gravy. Add sugar. Add fresh cream. Cook for 30 seconds. Check salt. Put off the flame. Serve with butter naan.
