Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchmethi green
  2. 1 cupmatar boiled
  3. 1/2 cupmalai
  4. to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  5. 2 tspginger and green chilli paste
  6. 3tomato finely chopped
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspJeera
  9. 1 pinchhing
  10. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil methi in half cup water.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add hing and jeera splutter it, add ginger paste and tomato saute it.

  3. 3

    Now add all spices and Malai cook till 2 minute.

  4. 4

    Add boil matar and methi and cook for 5 minute.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
