Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspbesan
  2. 1 bowlcurd
  3. 1 tsp.Chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp.Turmeric powder
  5. 2 tbsp.ginger paste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tsp.methi seeds
  8. 1 tsp.Cumin seeds
  9. 1 cupwater
  10. 1 tbsp.oil
  11. Few curry leaves
  12. Coriander leaves for garnish
  13. 1 cupfor pakora besan
  14. 1 tsp.Chilli powder
  15. 1 tbsp.Cumin seeds
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1Potato thinly sliced
  18. oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl,mix all imgredients for pakora.

  2. 2

    Keep aside ready.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadai.

  4. 4

    When it's hot,turn the heat to medium.

  5. 5

    Using a spoon,drop a small portion of pakora into the oil.

  6. 6

    Deep fry till it turns golden brown and crisp.

  7. 7

    Transfer to a paper towel.

  8. 8

    Keep aside.

  9. 9

    Mix besan and curd to a lump free batter.

  10. 10

    Add water.

  11. 11

    Mix well.

  12. 12

    Now for kadhi-heat oil in a kadai.

    When it's heated,add methi seeds and cumin seeds.

    Allow to splutter.

  15. 15

    Add ginger paste

  16. 16

    Fry well.

    Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,curry leaves.

    Now add besam mix stir till a boil,add pkoda cook for another 5 minutes. it's ready
