Heat a deep pan over medium heat and when it is hot, add the ghee when ghee melt add suji and stir to mix well..

Flame to medium and cook until all Water gets absorb. Add sugar and cardamom powder.

Stir until sugar dissolves it has a semi - solid consistency. add a almonds, cashew nuts garnish with coconut powder.

The suji halwa is now ready for serve.
