Aaloo parwal curry
A Bengali way of cooking pure vegetarian curry
Steps

Heat oil and fry the Potatoes and parwal adding salt and turmeric powder

Now remove it and add oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf
- 3
Add ginger paste and saute well adding red chilli Powder and salt and turmeric powder
- 4
Now add tomatoes and saute well adding fried vegetables
- 5
Mix well and add water to simmer till everything get combined
- 6
Add sugar and garam masala powder
