Wash and shreded the veggies as desired.

Mix together cheese or mayo with garlic, mustard, pepper and lemon juice. The spread is ready.

Prepare two rotis by mixing spinach purée dough and plain dough it gives good taste.Take some plain dough and some dough prepared with spinach purée,then combine them and make rotis.

Spread the mix evenly over the roti, including the edges.

Place the lettuce and then the shredded veggies,paneer cubes over the rotis.

Begin to roll and just stick up the edge.

Make a thin stripe with dough to show knotted the wrap.Garnish the knot with Paneer cube and sauce.

Serve immediately.
