Heat a pan with mustard oil and fry the lentil dumplings and keep aside.

Add mustard oil if required. Add nigella seeds and let it to splutter. Fry potato, pumpkin,brinjal and sweet potato with salt and turmeric powder. Add spinach stir and cover it until the veggies become soft.

Add salt, turmeric powder chilli paste,sugar and lentil dumplings and cook until it become dry. Palang panchmisali is ready to be served.
