A very good combo for makkii ki roti,missi roti. Very healthy too😋
Steps

Wash the sarson, Palak,and bathue saag

Boil all the saag leaves for few minutes.so that it doesn't loose it's lush green colour. Add Pinch of soda to saag before boiling so that it retains it's green colour

Let it cool and grind all the saag leaves adding chilli and ginger tukda to baby coarse paste

Make a gravy of tomatoes and keep aside

Take ghee or butter in pan. When heated add sarson seeds and cinnamon stick. When crackles add tomato Paste. add salt, coriander powder and cook till it leaves oil. Now add coarse saag paste and mix nicely.add salt and Cook for 5min. Add garam masala and off the flame

Once ready garnish butter on top and serve hot with makke roti,missi roti or garam phulkas
