Heat the oil on pan, add jeera mustard seed, hing let them sizzle, then add chopped onion, and ginger garlic paste, saute them till onion turn golden brown.add chopped green chillies.

Then add tomato puree,cook it a min then add salt, cook it for 2 min. Then add haldi, coriander powder,mix it will cook this mixture till all oil get separate from masala

Add capsicum, pea, corn, and 1 cup water mix all well,cover it with lid cook them 10-15 min on low heat,

After 10 min add kitchen king malasa garam masala and kasuri methi,cook it 2 min.

Serve with chapati.
