  • 1green Hoho,
  • 1/2Yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2Red bell pepper
  • 1onion shredded
  • 2tomatoes
  • Garlic and tomatoes sauce
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Shread the onions and soak in salty water, chop all the peppers and Hoho, tomatoes..

  2. 2

    Mix everything and chill for 30 minutes before serving with pilau, or meat.
