You can bake or fry your butternut

Peel and clean your butternut....saute your onion and garlic before adding your butternut... Let it cook till soft....do not forget to season with salt and pepper

Add water/ broth and a little cream to thicken it.....

You can choose to leave it chunky or blend it till smooth

Enjoy with a starch of your choice or as a starter
