  1. 1 kgBeef Fillet Slices (pound them)
  2. Salt (as required)
  3. 2 tspChilli Powder
  4. as neededTurmeric Powder
  5. 1 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  6. 3 tbspPapaya (grated)

    Marinate fillet slices in above ingredients for 5 hrs, pan fry in margarine or butter on med flame till nicely browned up
