  • 1 kgBeef Fillet Slices (pound them)
  • Salt (as required)
  • 2 tspChilli Powder
  • as neededTurmeric Powder
  • 1 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  • 3 tbspPapaya (grated)

Steps

    Marinate fillet slices in above ingredients for 5 hrs, pan fry in margarine or butter on med flame till nicely browned up
