Steps

Peel and finely crate ginger and garlic and cut onions

Heat oil in a pan and on low heat, add garlic and Ginger at it for a minute

Put onions stir till caramelized add spices

Add beef and cook for 20 mins and let all the juices drain

Add tomatoes and cook thoroughly then add in beef stock,let it boil till half drained then add corn flour paste
- 6
Serve with chapati or rice
