1cabbage
2green chillies
1 tbspoil
1 tspasafoetida
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspturmeric
dhania jeera powder as per taste
1 tspmustard seeds

Shred cabbage nicely.

In a pan add oil and mustard seeds. Once splutters add asafoetida and turmeric and green chillies.

Now add cabbage and salt. Mix and saute it for a minute. Remove from flame. Cabbage Sambharo is ready to serve.
