Wash and cut the palak.

Put wheat flour,salt,red chilli powder,chat masala and palak in a mixing bowl,

Mix well add some water and make a smooth dough.

Make balls with the dough roll the paratha

Put paratha on tawa grease oil on both sides and shallow fry.
