Steps

Boil eggs in hot water.

Heat 1tblsp oil in a pan. Add pinch of turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.

Add boiled eggs and saute at medium flame for 2minutes. Keep them aside.

Heat oil in another pan. Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds. Saute for a minute at medium flame.

Add chopped onions and cook till they turn golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, cook them well.

Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, Kashmiri mirch powder, green chillies and garam masala powder. Also add salt and sugar and mix it well.

Add tomato puree and cashew paste. Cook it for few minutes until oil starts accomodating at the top.

Then add 1 cup water and let it come to boil.Then add eggs and mix properly.

Add crushed kasuri methi and coriander leaves.

Cook at medium flame with a covered lid for 5 minutes. Mix once and serve it hot with rice or roti.
