Egusi and bitter leaf soup

Wash the bitter leaf very well

Wash the meat and stock fish put the meat in the pot and set it on fire add salt and Maggi let it cook

Then put the stock fish add water and let it cook till the is tender

In a clean pot pour the palm oil let it get hot a bit then pour the grinded egusi and stir it very well until it looks like scramble egg

Add the meat and stock fish stock also add the grinded crayfish, Maggi and salt

Now add the stock fish and meat to it and stir it. Cover the pot so it can cook for some time

At this point add the bitter leaf and stir and cover the pot whe

When it's done bring it down and serve with any swallow of your choice
