First boil the usal in that add salt and turmeric powder only 1whistle

Take a chapati tawa put two spoon oil add onion cut in long pieces make it dark brown remove from pan add two spoon oil put ginger garlic still for 2 minutes remove this and now add dry coconut cut in small pieces aur great put to spoon while on tawa add this coconut state for 2 minutes let the brown now onion ginger garlic Chilli dry coconut coriander leaves tomatoes grind it

Take a Big pan put oil now add gravy add salt red chilli powder turmeric coriander powder and black masala 10 to 15 minutes on slow flame let the oil come out put curry leaves now at boiled usal and add water as much required

Serve with pav and shev and small cutter onion and lemon.....
