  • 1/2 Cauliflower
  • 1Patta gobhi/ cabbage
  • 1Hari mirch/ green chilli
  • 1Carrot
  • 1Tomato
  • 1Potato
  • as neededDhaniya / coriander
  • as neededMatar
  • 1 glassRice

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all the vegetables

  2. 2

    Fry all the veggies in ghee

  3. 3

    Put water 2 glass and put the rice in kadhai

  4. 4

    Cook for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Garnish it with green dhaniya leaves

  6. 6

    Serve it hot!
