Ingredients

  1. 1/4 glassSodium bicarbonate (munyu)
  2. Bunchsaveve
  3. I tsp salt
  4. 4 tspcooking oil
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 1onion
  7. Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Add Peal the leave cut into pieces and wash

  2. 2

    Pour the sodium bicarbonate in the pan add water let it boil for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the seveve and let it cook for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Drain the remaining water,on another pan fry onions add in the tomatoes and let them cook

  5. 5

    Add the boiled vegetables in and stir add salt to taste, and add the cream stir and let it cook for 10minutes

  6. 6

    Serve the meal
