Take mixing bowl add flour and salt, red chilli powder, ghee mix it add water to make dough make tight dough no needs to knead the dough

Heat tawa divide dough in two parts

Take one portion roll out little and keep on hot tawa medium heat foro two minutes on each sides.

Again roll it to paratha thickness and shallow fry with ghee till you get crispy brown in colour serve with curd
