Ingredients

6 servings

1whole roasting chicken (6lbs.)
1Orange, cut into 6 wedges
3 TablespoonsHoisin Sauce
2 Tbsp.honey
1 Teaspoonground ginger
Salt and Pepper

Steps

Heat oven to 400.

Place chicken in roasting pan and put orange wedges in cavity of chicken.

Place on rack in oven. Cover with foil and roast for 1 hour.

In small bowl combine hoisin sauce, honey, ginger and brush over chicken.

Roast 1 hour more, basting with glaze.

Cover with foil if it gets too brown but roast the whole time.
