Ingredients

  • 3ripe mangoes
  • 1Beetroot
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 2 glassesChilled/cold Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the mangoes and the beetroot.

  2. 2

    Cut the mangoes into pieces and place aside (in the fridge is better), then chop the beetroot as well.

  3. 3

    Blend the beetroot with some of the cold water until smooth, then put in a jug and place in a cool place eg fridge.

  4. 4

    Get the mangoes and blend with the sugar and cold water until smooth. (Sieve if you don't want the roughage)

  5. 5

    In a glass, put half of the mango juice and half of the beetroot juice, and enjoy the cool refreshing fresh taste of mangobeet juice.

  6. 6

    NB: pour in the mango first before the beetroot in order to get a clear boarderline.
