Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupmakhana (lotus seeds)
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 2 teaspoonghee
  • 10kaju
  • 10badam

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and heat ghee and roast cashews and almonds for 1 minute and remove them on a plate and in same pan roast makahana for 1 minute in low flame till it seems crispy.then add cashews, almonds, salt and pepper and serve it with tea or juice.
