1 cupflour
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspsalt
1 cupkefir (buttermilk or milk is fine)
1 stickbutter, melted

Combine dry ingredients.

Melt butter in kefir in microwave.

Combine wet and dry ingredients.

Pour over bubbling hot pot pie.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
