Ingredients

  • 500 gmsPeanuts
  • 1 1/2 tbsp or as required Salt
  • 1/2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take microwave safe bowl add peanuts salt and water and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now cook in microwave on High temperature about 10 to 12 minutes. Tossed after every 1 or 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    When peanuts splutter then remove in the microwave.

  4. 4

    Then cool about 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Store in airtight container.
